Baked rice milk pudding

INGREDIENTS
* 1 lt milk
* 100 grams sugar
* 200 grams rice
* Some vanilla powder

METHOD
Bring rice to a boil and then strain it. Mix sugar and vanilla with milk and bring to boil. Then pour rice into milk and mix well. Empty the saucepan into a heat proof pot and bake for 1 hour in 200 C. During baking you should break the brown crust that will be created on the top of the pudding. Serve warm or cold.
