Cheese triangles or rolls

* 640 gr milk or less, lukewarm (use enough for thickening the flour)
* 6 spoons flour
* 3 spoons butter
* 160 gr parmezan cheese, grated
* 3 eggs, beaten
METHOD
Heat butter and add the flour. Mix and heat flour until brown. Add milk and stir until mixture thickens. When it thickens, let it cool. Mix the cheese and the eggs with the thickened mixture. If the mixture is not thick enough to be moulded add more cheese. Shape the mixture into triangles or rolls and bake in moderate oven until golden.
