INGREDIENTS

* 1 chicken around 1 - 1,5 kg
* 1/2 kg mushrooms, chopped in small pieces
* 1/2 kg small onions, sliced
* 8 tea spoons butter
* 1 bayleaf
* 1/2 glass sweet red wine
* 1 tin peeled tomatoes (or for better taste mash the equivalent portion of fresh tomatoes)
* Salt
* Pepper

METHOD

Saute the chicken, the onions and the mushrooms in the melted butter. Add the rest of ingredients and cook in low heat for 1 hour. Check that the chicken is tender and cook more if necessary.
