Fried fish steaks in garlic sauce

INGREDIENTS

* 1 kg fish steaks
* Flour
* lemon
* salt
* vinegar
* Oil for frying

METHOD

Wash the fish well and drain it. Sprinke it with the lemon juice and pour flour on both sides of each fish steak. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the fish. Fry until it gets a golden brown colour on both sides. Serve with garlic sauce.
