Green Olives

* 1/2 kg green olives
* 15 gr coriander seeds
* 4 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
* olive oil
* Juice of 2 lemons
METHOD
Rinse the olives and score along side each one with a knife. Place them in a bowl. Crush the coriander seeds and add them into the bowl. Add garlic and the lemon juice. Pour olive oil into the bowl to reach the half way line. Mix well. Let the olives marinate overnight.
