INGREDIENTS

* 500 grams thin macaroni, boiled al dente
* 1 garlic clove, mashed
* 2 spring onions, finely chopped
* Some sprigs of parsley, finely chopped
* Juice of two lemons
* 2 spoons mustard
* olives for dressing
* 100 grams capers
* Some drops of tabasco sauce

METHOD

Mix all ingredients well. Preserve in fridge at least 2 hours before serving.
