INGREDIENTS

* 1 kilo of ready to cook mussels
* 3 - 6 cloves of garlic
* some parsley
* 1 hot green pepper
* 2 spoonfuls of butter
* 1 lemon
* feta cheese
* pepper

METHOD

Wash the mussels carefully and put them in a saucepan with a little water . Cook them for some time . After a while add the hot pepper cut in slices , the parsley , some black pepper , one spoonful of butter and the garlic in slices . When they are almost ready add the cheese in small pieces , the lemon juice and the second spoonful of butter .
