INGREDIENTS

* 3 cups flour
* 2,5 cups sugar
* 1 cup butter
* 1 cup milk
* 7 eggs
* 200 gr almonds, cleaned and mashed
* 2 tspns soda powder

METHOD

Beat the butter until it becomes white. Add the sugar and the eggs one by one. Mix well and then add the flour, the almonds and finally the soda, dissolved in lukewarm milk. Beat all ingredients using a mixer. Butter a baking pan and pour the mixture into it. Bake in 180 - 200 C for about an hour.
