Omelette with aromatic herbs

* 6 eggs
* 2 fresh green onions
* 1 bunch fresh dill
* 1 bunch parsley
* 1 spoon corn flour
* 2 spoon grated mitzithra cheese, or any other cheese with equal taste
* Oil for frying
* Salt to taste
* Pepper
METHOD
Beat the eggs in the mixer with some water. Add the aromatics (onions, dill, parsley), the cheese and the flour. Mix well. Heat oil in a frying pan (30 cm diameter prefered) and pour the mixture. Let it cook in low temperature. When the bottom is cooked, cover the pan and let the top of the omelette be cooked.
