INGREDIENTS

* 1/2 kg ostrich minced meat.
* 1 onion
* 1 egg yolk
* 2 large spoon of hard tack
* 1/4 cup milk
* Salt
* Pepper
* 1/2 tea spoon nutmeg

METHOD

Mix all ingredients well and shape the mixture into medium sized burgers. Grill them and serve them hot. Alternatively you can fry them.
